The value for money at Hotel Salut was unbeatable. The room was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance. The staff were polite and accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options.

Few staff can speak English. The person at reception was unaware of my arrival and it took them at least 20 minutes to find my reservation from Booked.net. I was also concerned that I paid double for the room, as I have forwarded my credit card details to Booked.net, but the hotel had no record of payment. I will therefor have to ensure that a double payment did not take place on my credit card statement. The ATM in the lobby did not accept my mastercard and neither did the restaurant credit card machine. It does not seem as if the restaurant and the hotel have the same owner. The restaurant refused to debit my hotel account for the dinner bill.

The hotel had great amenities including a cash machine and iron availability. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, resolving any issues promptly. The location was convenient for the airport.

Salut reception and other service personnel require to be trained and be more courteous to the guest.

Away from metro, lot of walking around, check-in lasted about 1,5 hour, in the pool room close to the reception people smoke so heavily, that was already dangerous for fire

Convenient location near metro, perfect for Luzhniki Stadium. Helpful staff received World Cup tickets. Good breakfast with changing menu, and satisfactory laundry service. Amenities include cash machine. Spacious, comfortable room with AC, tea/coffee facilities, and modern bathroom. Nice park nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the outskirts of the city. The location was perfect for me as it was not far from Vnukovo airport, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I especially loved the fact that the beds were so comfortable to sleep on. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, particularly the 24-hour restaurant on the first floor, which offered a wide selection of delicious food and beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleased to find that they spoke English. this hotel provided a great experience for both business travelers and tourists visiting this city.

I did not like the hotel. I expected better quality for this money.

Old fashioned room, beds and bed-clothes. I had requested double bed, but got twins. In general, the hotel looks like old-fashioned soviet times hotel. There is nothing worth this value.

The room was cleaned daily, the towels were also exchanged daily. It is WiFi in the room but it becomes over-subscribed after 23:00.

The room for the price of about $110 was tiny with a single bed. The shower/sink mixer in the bath was heavily leaking for 3 days and nobody repaired it. For the first 3 days the breakfast was served in a small room not sufficient for the number of people, as results, there were no glasses for juice, forks, and at the end we could not find a free table, needed to ask some other people permissions to join them for breakfast. Lifts are also overcrowded, sometimes you needed to wait for three lifts before you managed to get into it... In other room the people complain about blood-sucking insects in the mattraces. The hotel tried to increase the payment in the middle of the stay and only a threat to complain to Booked.net left the price as agreed.
